Notting Hill Gate

Notting Hill Gate is a drab yet culturally intriguing stretch of road found in the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It is located just south of Paddington Station and serves as a connection between Notting Hill and Ladbroke Grove. The neighbourhood of Notting Hill inspired the naming of the street.
This street is wonderful because it has the power to both comfort and surprise you with its mix of well-known neighbourhood staples and lesser-known alleys.

Notting Hill Gate is the terminus for the Central, District, and Circle lines, as well as the station for the Notting Hill branch of the London Underground. This station is a favourite with locals and tourists alike because of its proximity to a number of popular destinations in the surrounding region, including Westbourne Grove, Portobello Road, and Kensington High Street (the latter two being shopping areas). Taxis, the London bus system, and the Oxford Tube coach service are some more transportation options.
